Diego Allende, DO, is the owner and founder of The Allende Centre for Regenerative Medicine & Vitality in Fresno, California. He specializes in integrated medicine and has a board certification in family medicine and a degree in osteopathic medicine.
Dr. Allende was born in Argentina and moved to the San Francisco area with his family as a child. He and his brothers often worked in the family’s auto-body shop, which he credits for his value of hard work. When he began college at San Jose State University in San Jose, California, he continued to work full time while earning his bachelor’s degree in psychology.
After earning his degree, Dr. Allende moved across the country to attend medical school in New York. After a year, he moved back to California to earn his doctorate in osteopathic medicine from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, California. He then completed his internship and residency at the San Francisco campus of the University of California.
When he isn’t teaching his patients how to improve their lifestyles with healthy habits or administering cutting-edge regenerative treatments, Dr. Allende loves to spend his time traveling with his wife, Amira, and visiting friends and family. He adheres to a dedicated regimen of weight training, a nutritious diet, outdoor exercise, and relaxation.

Healthcare is more than a profession for Beatriz Castro—it is a lifelong calling rooted in service, compassion, and a commitment to improving the lives of others.
With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, Beatriz has built her career from the ground up, beginning as a Certified Nursing Assistant while still in high school and advancing through roles as a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, Registered Nurse, Director of Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. This diverse background gives her a unique understanding of healthcare and allows her to provide patient-centered care with both clinical expertise and genuine empathy.
Beatriz provides comprehensive primary care and behavioral health services with a whole-person approach, recognizing that physical health, mental well-being, lifestyle, and prevention are all essential to long-term wellness. Her clinical interests include preventive medicine, chronic disease management, women’s health, ADHD, anxiety, depression, lifestyle medicine, and health promotion.
In addition to clinical practice, Beatriz has extensive leadership experience, having served as Director of Nursing for multiple federally qualified health centers, where she led multidisciplinary teams, improved clinical operations, and supported quality and patient safety initiatives. She has also worked in occupational health, corporate wellness, healthcare consulting, and emergency preparedness.
Beatriz is currently completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at California State University, Fresno. Her doctoral work focuses on improving the early identification of mental health conditions by integrating standardized behavioral health screening into primary care.
